When it came time to sell our condo we had one objective – get as much money as possible. So we wanted an agent that would do just that. We weren’t looking to make friends, or give anyone their break; we wanted someone who was all business. We talked to a couple agents before Kerry who tried to lower our expectations…’the market’s slowing down’, ‘this area isn’t as hot as it was’, ‘it’s not the ideal time to sell’, and said our place was worth a lot less than we thought. Kerry came in, wanted to list immediately for the exact price we were thinking, and said ‘give me one open house and I’ll have offers for you the next day’. I have to admit she was wrong about that last part because we had an outstanding offer the day of the open house. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend listing with Kerry
