After a career in the golf industry, a job in event management brought Kerry to Boston in '97. She soon fell in love with area and put down roots - buying her first home in Dorchester in 2000 - which led to a passion for property renovation and all things real estate. Naturally, she put her customer service background to work and became a full time realtor during an explosive time in the industry! With discipline and focus, she has become a household name in Dot and has grown her team to include her wife Kim, and Thomas Burkhard added another dimension with his work with buyer clients and focus on the South Shore. Thomas shares the team's core values of hard work, integrity, commitment, and teamwork to fulfill each client's needs. He graduated from Bryant University and has a business management and finance background. He has also honed his customer service skills in the hospitality industry. Thomas has been an active member of his community on the South Shore for over 20 years and has been able to turn that community focus toward real estate.
Thomas believes that the sale or purchase of a home is one of the most important, exhilarating, and sometimes stressful moments in a person's life. He understands that every transaction is unique and requires close attention to detail to ensure his clients are well cared for. Growing up, Thomas and his father worked on new and old cars to bring them back to life. Thomas now has that same love of renovation when it comes to homes. Kim Pengelly comes to Real Estate following many years in the hospitality industry, where she owned and operated her own catering company.
